Karla Cifuentes is an experienced facilities and project management professional with a strong background in overseeing retail and office spaces. Currently serving as Manager of Facilities and Projects at Allbirds since November 2023, Karla previously held the position of Director of Office Services at Wieden + Kennedy, managing extensive office operations and budgets. Karla's experience includes managing over 90 retail locations for Columbia Sportswear, leading facilities initiatives at Dr. Martens, and coordinating maintenance operations at American Apparel. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from the University of Oregon and ongoing studies in Interior Design Fundamentals, Karla combines practical expertise with educational advancement in facilities management and design.
