Amanda Carey is a seasoned professional in footwear testing and sports medicine, currently serving as Senior Manager of Footwear Testing at Allbirds since April 2023. Previous roles include Clinical Engagement Lead at myrecovery and Principal Product Testing and Research Consultant at HILOS. Amanda has also held positions at lululemon as Footwear Testing and Product Experience Lead, and as a Biomechanics Researcher at Biomechanica LLC. Early career experiences include roles as a Graduate Student Researcher at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Student Orthopedic Intern at Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine, Neurology Medical Intern at Tulane Medical Center, and Research Assistant at Touro Infirmary. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health from University College London and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Tulane University.
