Ryan J. has a diverse range of work experience in various project management roles. Ryan (he/him/his) began their career as a Project Coordinator at Metropolitan Health Corporate in 2011 and then worked as an IT Project Manager at Metropolitan Health - IT Business Solutions Centre from 2012 to 2013. Ryan (he/him/his) later served as a Project Manager at Visual Fusion Global from June 2013 to November 2013. From November 2013 to November 2014, Ryan worked as a PMO Lead Contractor at Chevron. Ryan (he/him/his) then took on the role of PMO Contractor at Curo Fund Services from November 2015 to March 2016. Ryan continued their career as a PMO Contractor at Sanlam Collective Investments from December 2014 to September 2015. Ryan (he/him/his) then joined Santam Insurance, where they held the positions of Project Portfolio Manager from October 2018 to September 2020 and Project Manager (Program Governance Lead) from April 2016 to September 2018. Ryan's next role was as a Business Analyst / ITGC Workstream Lead at Sanlam Pan Africa from September 2020 to July 2021. Ryan (he/him/his) then worked at Hollard Insurance as a Program Manager from January 2022 to December 2022, and as a Project Manager from August 2021 to December 2021. Currently, Ryan is serving as an Institutional IT Scrum Master/PM/Agile Transformation Lead at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited, starting from April 2023.
