Khanya Papu, CA(SA), is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in accounting, management, and education. Currently serving as a Manager at KPMG Ireland since January 2023, Khanya co-founded Lighthouse Education in July 2020, focusing on empowering entrepreneurs with essential accounting knowledge. Additional experience includes fellowships at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and a progression through various roles at KPMG South Africa, culminating in the position of Audit Supervisor. Khanya contributed to academic development as an Academic Trainee and Tutor at the University of Cape Town while gaining management experience as a Restaurant Manager during university holidays. An accomplished student, Khanya holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law and multiple degrees in accounting from the University of Cape Town, alongside a distinguished academic record at St Mary's Diocesan School for Girls in Pretoria.
