Alicia Okeyo is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with extensive experience in impact measurement and management across various sectors. Currently, at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies since April 2021, Alicia has developed a Theory of Change and Impact Measurement Framework for entrepreneurship development programs in Africa. As a part-time consultant since May 2016, Alicia provides technical support to numerous clients, including the International Institute for Environment and Development and the South African Department of Environmental Affairs. Prior roles include Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Allan Gray Makers and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer at the African Climate & Development Initiative, where Alicia's contributions helped secure further funding for organizational operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Philosophy in Programme Evaluation and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Genetics from the University of Cape Town.
