Allan Briteway Electrical Utility Contractors, Inc. was established in 1933 as a result of the merged operations of Allan Electric and Brite-Way Electrical Contractors and became Allan Briteway in order to build upon the strengths of the two companies. On December 29, 2006, SAIDS, a New Jersey based company acquired all outstanding shares of Allan Briteway from Xcelecom a wholly owned subsidiary of UIL Holding. 

Today, Allan Briteway is one of the most trusted and reliable electrical contractors in New Jersey. We are proud of our 85-year history and strive to provide our customers with the best service possible and to surpass their expectations with every project we complete.
