Seyit Kaya currently serves as the Director of Finance at Perfect Drive Sports Group GmbH since September 2023. Prior to this role, Seyit held positions as Director of Corporate Finance and Head of Corporate Finance at ARIVE from July 2022 to September 2023. Seyit’s experience includes serving as Senior Manager for M&A and Corporate Ventures at adidas from July 2021 to June 2022 and as a Senior Associate at PwC from October 2018 to June 2021, focusing on carve-out and value creation advisory. Earlier roles include Analyst at Mönning Feser Partner and internships at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG and Mönning Feser Partner. Seyit Kaya holds a Master of Science in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Additionally, Seyit gained experience at Nanyang Business School.
