Joe Thoroughman is an experienced tower crane operator with a strong background in the operating engineers field, currently working at ALL Family of Companies since September 2023. With involvement in the International Union of Operating Engineers since August 2016, Joe has held several crane operation roles at various companies, including Connelly Crane Rental and Lakeshore Global Corporation. Expertise includes the assembly and disassembly of cranes, maintenance responsibilities, and supporting teams in various projects. Joe also has experience in political engagement as a District Committeeman and Precinct Delegate with the Michigan Republican Party from August 2016 to July 2022, along with a background in outside sales as a Lubrication Specialist at Certified Labs.
