Rose Howlett has a diverse work experience in the field of digital development, e-business, and marketing. Rose started their career in 1998 with Team Toyota, initially working as a receptionist in the Internet Department and later transitioning to e-business, marketing, and digital development roles. In 2002, they joined GST Ebusiness and worked in the Internet Department until 2009. In 2010, they joined Team Honda as an e-business and digital marketing manager. Finally, in 2015, they became the digital development and e-business director at All Star Automotive Group.

Rose Howlett attended Broadmoor High School but did not receive a degree. After graduating from high school in 1994, they obtained a Cosmetology License from Lockworks Academy of Hair Design in 1995. Following that, they enrolled at Louisiana State University from 1995 to 1998, but there is no information about the degree or field of study they pursued during this period.
