Jaroslaw (Jarek) Kmieciak has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of satellite communications, spanning over three decades. Starting from their roles in Telekomunikacja Polska in the early 1990s, they progressed to positions like Director of Technology and General Manager at DataTrans, Technical Director at TTcomm, and Senior Systems Architect at SES Networks. Currently, they serve as the Principal SATCOM Engineer at ALL.SPACE. Jaroslaw (Jarek)'sexpertise includes managing satellite communication centers, overseeing technical infrastructure projects, and driving technological advancements in the industry.

Jarek Kmieciak completed their M.Sc.Eng. in Electronics at AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow from 1980 to 1986. Jaroslaw (Jarek) later pursued Postgraduate Study in Radiocommunications at Technical University of Warsaw (Politechnika Warszawska) from 1994 to 1995.
