Stana Iliev is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in human rights, social inclusion, and project management. Currently serving as a Campaigns Manager at All Out since September 2019, Stana leads initiatives aimed at promoting equality and dignity for all individuals regardless of their identity. Previous roles include Research Associate positions at Minor Wissenschaft Gesellschaft mbH and Minor Projektkontor für Bildung und Forschung, where Stana worked on issues related to social integration and policy analysis. Additionally, Stana has provided consultancy services at UNHCR Bulgaria and Multi Kulti Collective, focusing on employment for beneficiaries of international protection. Stana's background includes leadership experience at Trust for Social Achievement, Red Cross Bulgaria, and the Bulgarian Fund for Women, contributing to economic empowerment and gender equality initiatives.
