Ronnie Fernandez has extensive experience in customer service, having held various roles over the years. Since May 2021, Ronnie has served as a Customer Service Representative at All Natural Stone. Prior to this position, Ronnie worked at Nordstrom for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included Store Administrator, Cashroom Lead, and Service Experience Specialist. Earlier career experience includes the role of Customer Service Training Coordinator at Southwest Airlines from February 1995 to April 2001. Ronnie is an alumnus of City College of San Francisco.
