Michael Hecker has extensive experience in program mentorship and coaching, currently serving in dual roles at All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response and All Hands Volunteers since November 2017 and August 2017 respectively. Prior to these roles, Michael was the People Development Manager and Program Manager for the Global Service Fellowship at All Hands Volunteers from April 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing organizational needs and developing a fellowship program for global disaster response. Michael's career began at Shell Oil Products US - Martinez Refinery, culminating in a role as Environmental Operations Specialist, where duties encompassed hazardous waste management and environmental operations from March 1982 until retirement in February 2015.
