Javier Ulecia is a seasoned professional in the venture capital sector, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Bullnet Capital since October 2001, where the firm focuses on hi-tech projects. Additionally, Ulecia is the Chairman and co-founder of all for padel, adidas padel, established in January 2012, which acts as adidas’ worldwide licensee for the sport of Padel. Ulecia held the position of President at ASCRI, the Spanish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, from January 2015 to January 2017. Prior to these roles, Ulecia was the CEO at Doing, a venture capital firm specializing in technology-related investments, and a Senior Manager at Bain & Company. Ulecia began a career at Renault as a Project Manager after earning an MBA from HEC Paris and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
