Justin Arneson is a Solar Power Consultant at All Energy Solar, a position held since September 2015, where over 400 residential and commercial owners have received assistance in understanding the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy. Prior experience includes serving as the Home Energy Squad Crew Leader at The Neighborhood Energy Connection from April 2014 to September 2015, leading a team to conduct residential energy efficiency upgrades. Additionally, Justin worked as an Environmental Production Technician at Servpro Industries, Inc. for a brief period, focusing on fire and water restoration, and assisted in construction projects at Nordic Builders. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, earned between 2008 and 2013.
