Katie McCullough has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Crew Leader/Supervisor in Training at Tim Hortons from December 2010 to November 2011. Katie then worked as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart from April 2012 to November 2013. From May to August 2014, Katie was a Psychology Intern at Bethesda Children's Home. Katie then worked as a Patient Intake Receptionist at Meadville Expresscare from November 2013 to January 2016. Following that, they worked as an Ongoing Case Manager at Crawford County Human Services from November 2015 to February 2017. From October 2017 to January 2020, they held the position of Account Manager at Discover Financial Services, and from January 2018 to July 2018, they were a Recruiting Coordinator at the same company. Katie then worked as a Recruiter at Children's Choice, Inc. from January 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Regional Manager at All American Healthcare starting from January 2023.

Katie McCullough completed their education at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology. During the same period, they also attended PennWest Edinboro and obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
