Rachel Farmer started in 2016 and quickly proved to be a top producer. Her positivity, competitive nature, and work ethic make Rachel the embodiment of what ALKU looks for in its employees. Her trust of the ALKU process, passion, and hunger for feedback are just a few of the things that make her so successful in her sales role in the Cerner Division.
Beyond being one of the top performers at a company that is in the top 1% of the industry, Rachel is the type of person that makes everyone around her better. She is the type of Account Manager that other Account Managers want to follow and look up to, and she certainly sets a stellar example. Rachel’s ability to mentor and lead fellow employees while carrying some of the highest production in the Cerner group is what makes her a true leader.
In her role as Cerner Sales Manager, Rachel will continue to lead by example, as well as oversee the development and success of the Cerner Division’s Account Managers.
