Mohamed Elkharashy, PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-SP, has extensive experience in project management and planning across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Alkhorayef Group since September 2019, Mohamed oversees project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to company standards and budgets. Prior roles include Production Planning Engineer at Amiantit, where Mohamed led a planning team and optimized machine utilization, and Planning Engineer at Composite Pipes Industry LLC, where responsibilities included scheduling GRE projects and developing process timing estimation rules. Mohamed also contributed to maintenance planning at Petromaint and production planning roles at Elsewedy Cables and EGYTRANS, gaining a comprehensive skill set in project management practices and operational efficiency.
