Amy Cooper-Ayles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, patient access services, and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as Associate Director at Alkermes since February 2017, Amy has managed various initiatives related to product launches and team engagement. Prior to this role, Amy held managerial positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, focusing on patient services for rare diseases, and at The Greater Boston Food Bank, where leadership encompassed a large team of staff and volunteers to enhance productivity and service delivery. Earlier career experiences include significant roles in recruitment and community partnerships, and program development across several organizations, highlighting a strong commitment to community involvement and volunteer management.
