Dipen Shah serves as the General Manager at ALKEGEN and previously held the position of Managing Director at VAG-Group. With extensive experience in leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, Dipen Shah was responsible for overseeing operations in India and Africa for Power Tools, and also contributed as a Business Development Leader and Global Portfolio Manager. Earlier roles include a New Product Development Engineer at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and a Design Engineer at Flat Products Equipments India Ltd. Dipen Shah holds an MBA in General Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed in 2012, and attended FLAME University from 2022 to 2023.
