Muhammad Azam Farooq is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in field operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Field Engineer for Alkan CIT since March 2017, Muhammad is responsible for delivering various internet services and managing business customer accounts. Previously, Muhammad held the position of MS Engineer at Penta Consulting for Ericsson Oman, focusing on operations and maintenance for multiple technologies including 2G, 3G, LTE, GPON, and IP Core. Experience also includes roles at Wateen Telecom, where Muhammad managed GPON NOC 24/7, and at Saudi Telecom Company, where Muhammad specialized in the installation and maintenance of optical fiber lines. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Bahauddin Zakariya University, along with certifications in CCNA and CCNP from Corvit System Lahore.
