Thejas K R has over 17 years of work experience. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Software Engineer at CGI. In 2005, they moved to ING as a Consulting Domain Lead - Interfaces, where they conducted financial and strategic analysis for communication between different Financial Software Applications. In 2006, they joined CGI-AMS as a Consulting Domain Lead - Billing, where they collaborated with business users for requirement analysis and led a team to develop Portability feature of the Insurance Policies in MAX software application. In 2009, they joined Townsend Solutions as a Market Analyst and Strategist, where they conducted primary and secondary research to analyze market size of transmission and distribution power poles. Thejas also joined LighterMate as a Lead Strategist, Pinnacle Financial Strategies as a Strategy and Marketing Analyst, and Air Liquide America as a Team Leader - Rice University Action Learning Project. In 2010, they joined Perficient as a Senior Business Consultant, where they collected business Requirements with onsite and offsite interviews with clients for Oracle Hyperion Financial solutions. In 2012, they joined American Air Liquide as a Technology Business Partner and Senior Strategic Analyst. Finally, in 2019, they joined ALIZENT as a Project Manager (PMO).

Thejas K R completed their Pre University degree from National College in Science and Mathematics. Thejas then went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University in Computer Science between 1998 and 2002. Finally, they obtained an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in Finance and Strategy between 2008 and 2010.
