Javiel Lopez, SPHR, MS HRM, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Alivi since June 2024. Prior to this role, Javiel held the position of VP, HR (CHRO) at Quirch Foods from February 2015 to June 2024. Additional experience includes a tenure on the Forms Review Panel at the HR Certification Institute from 2008 to November 2020, and various HR consulting and management roles at organizations such as ADP TotalSource, the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, Office Depot, World Fuel Services, Kaplan University, and Jackson Health System. Javiel co-founded Neutralogistics and holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Mathematics with a Chemistry minor from Barry University.
