Frederik Decouttere possesses extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the technology and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Alithea Genomics and Associate VP & SLIMS GM at Agilent Technologies, Frederik has a proven track record following a tenure as CEO of Genohm, where the company became a key player in lab automation. Previous positions include General IT Manager at MDxHealth and Enterprise Architect at Inno.com, along with various roles early in the career such as Weblogic Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Frederik holds a degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Ghent University.
