Beatriz Solanes is a professional with extensive experience in urban planning and real estate management. Currently, Beatriz holds the position of Estrategia y Gestión de Suelo for Comunidad de Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, and Canarias at Aliseda Inmobiliaria since February 2023. Prior to this role, Beatriz worked at KPMG España from May 2019 to April 2023, advancing from Associate at Deal Advisory to Manager and serving as a trainer in the Real Estate Department. Beatriz also contributed to urban development during tenure at ALMAR CONSULTING and was involved in various architectural projects at CECAL and the Ayuntamiento de Cullera. Beatriz holds an Executive Master's in Urbanism and Territory Planning from Universidad CEU San Pablo and two degrees in Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de València.
