Rick Russell has extensive experience in the golf industry. Rick started their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Southridge Golf Course in 1995. Rick then worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Alisal Guest Ranch And Resort from 1996 to 2002. Rick served as the Head Golf Professional at Tierra Rejada Golf Club from 2002 to 2004 and then at Sunset Hills Country Club from 2004 to 2010. In 2012, they joined Scratch Golf Accelerated as a Teaching Professional and later moved to Alisal Guest Ranch And Resort, where they currently hold the position of Head Golf Professional.

Rick Russell began their education in 1993 at the San Diego Golf Academy, where they pursued an Associates Degree in Golf and Business Management. Rick completed their studies in 1995. Following this, they enrolled at the PGA of America in 1995 and completed the Golf Professional Training Program, earning the degree of PGA Member in 1999.
