Mona Abdel Hadi is a highly experienced professional in the field of sophrology and education, currently serving as an independent sophrologue at MAH Sophrologie since November 2016, providing both individual and group support in various settings. In addition, Mona has been a trainer at the Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie since January 2018, responsible for educating aspiring sophrologists and examining certification candidates. Previously, Mona has held roles as a consultant for the Fondation Daniel et Nina Carasso, a certified sophrologue at Coopaname, and a project manager at Association Tribudom, among others.
