Justin Cheong is a seasoned experience designer with extensive expertise in human-centred design and visual thinking. Currently serving as the Lead Experience Designer at Alinta Energy, Justin leads a team focused on enhancing digital and technology user experiences for over a million retail customers and employees. As the Founder and Instructor at Visual Academy, Justin has impacted over 500 designers globally, including teams from major corporations like Google and Microsoft. Previous roles include Lead Experience Designer at Australian Unity, Editorial Illustrator at Adobe, and Senior Experience Designer at Symplicit, among others. Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from UNSW and completed a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly. Recognized for a strong teaching background, Justin has instructed numerous university cohorts in various strategic subjects and pioneered "flipped classroom" workshops.
