Bryce started their career in 2003 as a Relationship Manager at Key Bank, where they excelled in business-to-business sales and built a strong client base. In 2004, they transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Professional Detailing Incorporated, focusing on promoting cardiovascular medications and establishing relationships with medical professionals.
In 2005, Bryce joined GlaxoSmithKline as an Executive Sales Representative, further honing their sales skills and expanding their expertise in the healthcare sector. Bryce then joined Bausch + Lomb in 2010 as an Ocular Specialty Representative, where they demonstrated proficiency in promoting ophthalmic solutions and developed strong business relationships with ophthalmologists and optometrists.
In 2014, Bryce joined Shire as an Executive Sales Specialist, later assuming the role of Regional Business Manager. During their time at Shire, they effectively managed sales operations and implemented strategic approaches to drive business growth.
In 2019, Bryce joined EyePoint Pharmaceuticals as a Key Account Manager-Retina, responsible for managing key accounts and promoting specialized products. Bryce was later promoted to Regional Director West, where they successfully led a regional team and achieved sales targets.
Most recently, Bryce became a Regional Sales Director at Alimera Sciences in 2023, where they continue to utilize their sales and leadership skills to drive success in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Bryce Werner pursued their higher education at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2000 to 2003. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Marketing. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, Bryce attended Utah Valley University, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on General Studies.
