Lucas Ribeiro currently serves as the Business Analytics Team Lead at AliMed, where significant contributions include the implementation of a feedback loop using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as the establishment of a monthly open office hour to enhance data literacy. Previously, as a Data Insights Analyst, Lucas developed a data model in Power BI to analyze returns, enhancing decision-making processes. Prior experience at Combined Jewish Philanthropies involved roles such as Lead Analyst and Senior Analyst, where Lucas improved reporting and fundraising strategies through the development of dynamic dashboards and the implementation of Microsoft Power BI. Lucas's background also includes project management and administrative roles at The Marion Institute and sales experience at Nova Analítica Ltda. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
