Alexandre Makosza is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various educational and research institutions. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ALIMA since September 2022, Alexandre has previously held similar roles at the French International School of Hong Kong, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive HR strategy and advising students on higher education options. Alexandre's tenure at Université Paris Diderot as Executive Director involved overseeing HR, finance, and IT departments, managing substantial assets, and enhancing recruitment processes. Additionally, Alexandre has successfully implemented cost-saving HR initiatives at institutions such as Ecole polytechnique and Inria, and has served in leadership positions in human resources at Haute Autorité de Santé and Orléans Hospital. Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Université d'Orléans.
