Helen Dam is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Alignment Healthcare, where Helen leads a team in recruiting top talent for the business. Prior to their current role, Helen held positions at Endologix LLC, CareMore Health Systems / Anthem Inc., and Culver Careers, gaining experience in global talent acquisition, overseeing enterprise recruitment flow, and sourcing qualified candidates for competitive industries. Helen graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Human Resource Management in 2009.
