Kayla Hauser's work experience begins in 2015 when they joined Athletico as an Office Coordinator. Kayla held this role for six years, until August 2021. In August 2021, Kayla Hauser joined Aligned Modern Health as a Clinic Experience Manager, where they are currently employed.

Kayla Hauser completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Masters degree in Sports psychology from PennWest California, which they completed in the academic year 2015-2016.
