Xiang Gao currently serves as Sr. Director at Align Technology, a role held since July 2018, overseeing multiple regional functions, including customer service operations, IT business systems, regulatory affairs, and government relations. Prior to this, Xiang held positions at Philips Health Systems as Head of Suzhou Operation from April 2015 to June 2018, and at GE Healthcare from January 2002 to July 2015, where responsibilities included Plant Manager of the WuXi facility, focusing on regulatory compliance, customer service excellence, and financial performance for various modalities. Earlier roles at GE Healthcare included Operation Director and Plant Manager for ultrasound transducers and quality improvement initiatives within a Six Sigma framework. Academic credentials include education from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
