Tina Lawrence currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Align Technology, a leading company in the scientific and medical equipment industry, where responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruitment within the Med Device sector. Prior to this role, Tina held various positions at Hays, including Team Lead for Technical IT Recruiting, focused on training new hires and managing a recruitment team, as well as specializing in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity recruitment.
