Linh Duong currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Align Technology, managing all legal and compliance affairs in the APAC region, excluding China, since February 2018. As a key member of both the Asia Pacific and Global Legal Leadership Teams, Linh has extensive experience in the legal domain, having previously held the position of Regional General Counsel for APAC ex-Greater China at Mead Johnson Nutrition and Regional Legal Counsel at Diageo, where responsibilities included overseeing legal compliance across multiple markets and acting as a subject matter expert in various legal areas. Linh's career began as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, focusing on competition, antitrust, and M&A law. Linh holds a Master of Laws from The University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Laws from HCM University of Laws.
