Jolyne Caruso-FitzGerald currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Align Impact, a female-led SEC Registered Independent Investment Advisor focused on impact investing strategies. Previously, Jolyne held the position of Divisional Vice Chairman in Global Wealth Management for Ultra High Net Worth clients at UBS, where leadership extended to the Family Office Consultant business segment. As Founder and CEO of The Alberleen Group, Jolyne concentrated on direct investments across various sectors, emphasizing measurable environmental and social impact. Past roles include Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and Managing Director at both JP Morgan Securities and Bear Stearns, along with co-founding Andor Capital Management. Jolyne earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Barnard College-Columbia University.
