Cecille Hayes currently serves as the Vice President of Purchasing, Supply Chain & IT at Align Aerospace, an AVIC International Company, a position held since September 2014, where prior roles included Vice President of IT & Demand Planning and Senior Director of Demand Planning. Between April 2011 and September 2014, Cecille was the Director of IT at Permaswage, a PCC Company. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of Inventory Systems, Planning & Purchasing at Delta Air Lines from November 2008 to April 2011, following the merger with Northwest Airlines, where a tenure from December 2000 to October 2008 included the role of Director of Materials Management.
