Angelique Sweeney is a seasoned professional in customer success and service leadership with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Alight Solutions since May 2024, Angelique previously held the role of Senior Director of Large Enterprise Service & Client Engagement at Paylocity in 2023. Prior to that, Angelique was the Vice President of Customer Success at UKG, where leadership focused on customer satisfaction and business value. Angelique's career also includes significant positions at Ultimate Software and Businessolver, where strategic planning and operational leadership were key responsibilities. At ADP, Angelique held multiple roles culminating in Vice President of Client Services, overseeing HR and Benefits strategies, and leading various service and instructional design initiatives.
