Luiza de Oliveira's work experience begins with their current role at Alice, starting in 2022. Luiza is a part of the Health Community team, dedicated to helping individuals establish a healthier life through personalized plans.

Prior to their current role, Luiza worked at Mastercard from 2019 to 2022. Luiza held various positions, starting as a Marketing Trainee and eventually becoming a Business Expansion & Partnerships Senior Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, media planning, and executing promotional actions. Luiza also contributed to campaigns that aimed to empower women in the context of soccer matches.

Before joining Mastercard, Luiza had an internship as a Revenue Growth Management Intern at Johnson & Johnson from 2018 to 2019. Luiza gained experience in revenue growth management during this period.

Luiza also had internship experiences at MAHLE, Bosch, and Helibras. At MAHLE, they worked as a Quality Intern from 2017 to 2018. At Bosch, they served as a Marketing and Sales Controlling Intern from 2016 to 2017. And at Helibras, they were a Project Management Officer intern from 2015 to 2015.

Luiza de Oliveira completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management, from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. Luiza attended the institution from 2013 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Luiza has obtained certifications in various professional development courses.
