Pooja Talreja currently holds the position of Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition at Aliaxis since February 2024, following a role as Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Wipro from April 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wipro and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Huntsman Corporation from June 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities encompassed the end-to-end recruitment process across the APAC region. Pooja began the career as a Recruiter at General Mills from May 2016 to May 2017 and as an Associate Consultant/Recruiter at Margdarshak Consultants Pvt. Ltd from January 2013 to April 2016. Pooja Talreja obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai from 2009 to 2012 and completed high school at St. Joseph Bethany Convent High School.
