Dager Florez is an experienced executive, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Alianza Team® since July 2021, after a role as New Business Development Manager for Team Solutions. Prior to this, Dager co-founded and managed Productos Alimenticios Lachef, a cheese and substitutes manufacturer, and held the position of Managing Director at Zeelandia Colombia. Dager's career also includes significant roles in business development and supply chain management at Alpina, Indupalma, Fedco S.A., Toyota, and Comcel. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from INALDE Business School and a Certified Supply Chain Manager designation from ISCEA, complemented by specialized training in persuasive leadership at Wharton Executive Education.
