Carolina Villalobos is an experienced brand specialist currently working at Alianza Team® since April 2014, focusing on the Jappi® brand. Carolina has held various roles including project manager, digital analyst, and trainer, contributing to the management of business relationships and communication strategies to enhance team actions. Prior experience at Sodexo from May 2012 to April 2014 included roles such as junior analyst in quality of life and training assistant, where Carolina supported the development and execution of training programs for company administrators. Carolina holds an Especialista en Gerencia de Proyectos degree from UNIMINUTO Colombia and several diplomas in strategic digital marketing, leadership, and human talent management.
