Rachel Cochran is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the SVP of People at Algolia since February 2022, Rachel has held various leadership roles, including VP of People and Head of People Business Partners. Previous positions include VP of People & Remote Operations at EZ Texting, Senior HR Business Partner & HR Site Lead at Dropbox, and Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Evernote, where significant contributions were made to build and scale teams across global offices. Additional experience includes key HR roles at Teach For America, East Harlem Tutorial Program, New York City Department of Education, and Achievement First. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration in Public & Non-Profit Management and Policy from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, alongside ongoing training at the Coaches Training Institute.
