Gerald Grossin possesses extensive experience in management consulting and project management, with a focus on strategic programs and organizational transformation. Currently serving at ´¡±ô²µ´Çé since September 2017, Gerald assists executive leaders with organizational diagnostics, workshop facilitation, and change management. Prior roles include Project Manager at Mphasis Wyde, where solution implementation projects for US and Canadian clients were led, and earlier consulting positions at ´¡±ô²µ´Çé focusing on innovation management. Notably, Gerald has experience within Volvo Trucks' Enterprise Program Management Office, implementing project management methodologies for a major $1B initiative. Previous positions included project management roles in high technology at ACIES Consulting Group, IT project management at Unilog LogicaCMG, and product development engineering at Valeo. Gerald holds a Master's degree in Engineering from IMT Atlantique and another Master's degree in Manufacturing and Logistics from Ecole des Mines de Nantes.
