Erica Potts possesses extensive experience in data governance, digital health research, and analytics across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data Governance and Digital Health Research at Alfred Health, Erica has previously held key leadership roles at the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions, including Director and Acting Director of Data, Digital and Business Insights as well as Manager of Data and Analytics. Additionally, Erica has contributed to international standards and methodologies as Programme Manager at the International Organization for Standardization and as Technical Lead in Research and Methodology at the International Committee of the Red Cross. Further expertise includes serving as a Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Human Rights, focusing on human rights measurement.
