Ms Howells is a Chartered Accountant who is passionate about excellence in customer service, compliance and corporate governance.

She began her career with PwC advising small and medium sized enterprises and later consulting in risk management, compliance and corporate governance. She was appointed Assistant Company Secretary, Governance & Compliance by Telstra in 2005 and subsequently held a number of senior quality and complaints management roles as part of Telstra’s journey to improve customer service.

Ms Howells was the General Manager of a nursing agency and is now Director, Compliance and Policy at PwC. She is the Chairman of Family Planning Victoria, and the Director of CP Solutions Pty Ltd (a private company providing interim executive support to medium sized businesses experiencing growth or other changes).
