Chuck Bartlett has extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in transportation and public works. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Value Methodology at Benesch since February 2008, Chuck focuses on the impact of engineering projects on communities. Previously, Chuck held the position of Senior Vice President and Kansas Division Manager at Alfred Benesch & Company, overseeing civil, structural, and environmental engineering services throughout Kansas and western Missouri. Earlier roles included Senior Project Manager, where Chuck managed key transportation projects, and City Engineer for the City of Great Bend, leading municipal public works projects and capital improvement programs. Chuck's educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.
