Julio Vasquez, MBA, currently serves as Associate Principal and BIM/CAD Manager at AlfaTech since March 2021. Prior to this role, Julio was a Partner at S&K Engineers from 2007 to March 2021, managing MEP BIM/CAD design and IT departments and overseeing schematic design, design development, and construction document support using AutoCAD and Revit MEP software. Julio also held a position as an Adjunct Professor at ITT Technical Institute in 2013, instructing students in Revit Architecture and BIM concepts. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Manager at the California Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing the production of graphic design documents and CAD drawings. Julio holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
