Luigi Arcella has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Shift Production Manager at Alfa Romeo since January 2017 and at Maserati since April 2015. Prior to these roles, Luigi was a Professional Supervisor at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from June 2004 to March 2015. Luigi holds a Diploma from ITIS A Pacinotti in Fondi, specializing in Elettrotecnica, which was obtained between 1981 and 1985.
